How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket send directly to your email. Mobile tickets are accepted.

Show up on the chosen day and time. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket and get the fastest possible access to Madame Tussauds. 

How long are my tickets valid?
Your tickets are only valid on the chosen the day and time slot.

- This ticket gives you access to a special entrance for pre-booked tickets.  
- The discount is compared to the price at the door.
- Please note that strollers are not allowed at Madame Tussauds.
