How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email, just print it out and bring it on your tour. You exchange your e-tickets for your original tickets first time you board a Hop-on Hop-off Canal bus  at one of the following boat stops: Central Station - West, Anne Frank House, Rembrandtplein, Leidseplein, Rijkmuseum, Van Gogh Museum or Gray Line at Damrak Pier 5.

How long is the Canal Bus Hop-On Hop-Off ticket valid for?
Canal Bus Hop-On Hop-Off ticket is valid for 24 hours or 48 hours. Your ticket is valid a month from the date you book - only for one time use!
